Sam serves as the General Manager of Highlands Ranch Water (formerly Centennial Water and Sanitation District), bringing strong leadership and a commitment to water service excellence to the organization. Since assuming the role in 2022, Sam has guided the district through a period of transformation, including the community-focused rebranding to Highlands Ranch Water. Under his leadership, the district continues to prioritize reliable, sustainable water and wastewater services for the Highlands Ranch and Solstice communities, with an emphasis on long-term infrastructure planning, transparent operations, and thoughtful engagement with customers and stakeholders.
